So what’s it all about? Well those that haven’t seen the past
stories its about catching a Coho in the sea (well, lots really) a Coho or three
in the rivers, a Chinook or so and a chum or two in the rivers and finally some
Pinks to finish things off nicely. We’ll do out best to catch you more fish in
a week than you’ve ever dreamed of. They may well be the biggest you’ve ever caught
too.

Flying
from Manchester or London to Calgary and then on the Comox, we’ll pick you up
and drive you the 20 minutes to the accommodation.
This
year we have cabins right on the river and only 500 meters from the sea where
the Coho jump all day long. You can sit and watch 30lbs plus salmon running the
river in 4” of water whist you sit and have breakfast. In the evening you may
well be eating one cooked over and open fire with a cold beer and great company.
The accommodation is set in surroundings that are nothing
short of breathtaking. You can watch the sun rise over the Rockies on the mainland
in the morning and watch the sky turn pink in the evening over a mirror calm sea
in the evening. Seals, sea lions, Killer whales, bears and eagles are regular
sights. You may well end up Float tubing with them too! Now there’s Adrenaline
fishing.
On
the rivers, you’ll be catching more salmon than you ever dreamed of and you’ll
probably be using a single handed 12 weight and still lose fish.

What’s Included:
Flights,
Accommodation, transportation during your stay, airport transfers, guiding, and
some gear. Pain and satisfaction.
What’s
not included:
Gear (but we’ll tell you what you need or arrange rentals) food,
beer and ibuprofens (and boy will you need those). We can also arrange whale watching
trips, a day's trolling for salmon and lot of other options call for details
Price
will be between £1500-£1800 per person (to be finalised)
Please
note: This is hardcore fishing! You will be climbing up and down cliffs, float
tubing with 2 tonne Bull sea lions, walking miles, fishing harder and longer than
you ever have before and pushing the limits of muscale burn. Your arms will be
bursting on the 20th salmon of the day to have you down to the end of your backing.
You will be losing a lot of flies and quite possible breaking rods. This isn’t
fishing for those who like a glass of Chablis at lunch and a nice cucumber sandwich.
We’ll be drinking beer in the evening around a fire, taking ibuproifens for breakfast
and feeling aches and pains you never felt before. We’ll be bumping into bears
and breaking off bruisers.
